Design, develop and deliver smart packaging to fit 90% of all 3000 SKU’s during order-picking. Ship the product in the same packaging worldwide. Develop a low cost JIG to reduce packing time on the packing line by 40%.

We implemented this packaging in Europe and -after it’s proven effectiveness- two years later in the USA.
